Mandadogs VA Solutions charge an hourly rate of $50.00 Cdn plus GST. There is a 1 hour minimum charge and all time thereafter is billed in 6 minute increments. We also have retainer rates as shown below. See our Terms & Confidentiality for additional information.

Retainer rates receive discounts on our hourly rate, ranging from 10% to 15%, and are billed at the end of each month. As there is no carry over of any unused hours, the client has the option to be billed at the hourly rate instead.

All invoices are due upon receipt and payment is by cheque or money order. Disbursements such as long distance charges, courier, copying, postage, etc will be invoiced to the client in addition to the hourly or retainer rate.
Confidential information includes all information and material belonging to, used by, or in the possession of the client. Mandadogs VA Solutions undertakes not to disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of the client.
Confidential information is and shall continue to be the exclusive property of the client, whether or not prepared by Mandadogs VA Solutions, and continues in force after completion of the assignment.
All work relating to the client and the assignment will be stored on electronic media for 12 months following completion of the assignment, at which time it will be destroyed.
